All orders come with a couple of extra screens and a steel pad.

Steel pads or straight ceramic filters may be placed in the base of the pipe for products with liquid or waxy consistency.  Ceramic filters will hold your product better (especially for less viscous products), but may require more heat to vaporize your product.

If your pipe needs to fit the Portalbox, please specify so in the Additional Comments section!  Since they are handmade, there is natural variation in the size of these pipes, and some of them do not fit the box. Glass tends to absorb more heat than wood, so the vaporizer and filter of the glass VaporGenie will become hotter than the classic or hand carved vaporizers (about as hot as the metal bowl of the classic VG vaporizer). Even with heavy use, the vaporizer will remain cool enough to touch, but the bowl area may become too hot to touch (but not burn you).
