Shipping Policy

Adult Signature Requirement (Important)

Due to regulatory and payment processor requirements, all orders require Adult Signature upon delivery.

Please ensure that someone 21 years of age or older is available to sign for your package at the time of delivery. Orders returned to us due to an unavailable signer or delivery refusal may be subject to additional shipping fees.

Shipping Availability

We ship to any destination currently supported by Shopify checkout.

Available shipping destinations, methods, and rates are determined by Shopify and are displayed during checkout. If your country does not appear as an option at checkout, we are unable to ship to that location at this time.

Shipping availability may change based on carrier coverage, local regulations, or Shopify security controls.

Free Domestic Shipping & Discreet Packaging

We offer free domestic shipping on U.S. orders over $100.

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with “VG LLC” listed as the sender.

Shipping Schedule & Origin

  • Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays

  • Orders typically ship by the end of the business day (around 5:00 PM Eastern Time)

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order ships

  • All orders ship from ZIP code 24073 (Southwest Virginia, USA)

Domestic Shipping (United States)

All U.S. orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).

Estimated Delivery Times

  • First Class Mail: 2–6 business days (depending on destination)

  • Priority Mail: 1–3 business days (up to 5 business days in some cases)

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

If you have not received your order within:

  • 5 business days (Priority Mail) or

  • 10 business days (First Class Mail)

please contact us promptly. USPS does not allow claims to be filed more than 30 days after shipment, so shipping issues must be reported within this timeframe.

USPS Priority Express (Domestic)

We offer USPS Priority Express Mail for domestic shipments.

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) usually arrive the next business day

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST on Friday usually arrive the following Tuesday

  • Delivery is guaranteed within 2 business days by USPS, where applicable

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM Friday are guaranteed by Wednesday, as they ship the following Monday

USPS federal holidays and service suspensions may affect delivery guarantees.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via USPS or third-party international mail partners supported by Shopify checkout.

Estimated international delivery times vary by destination and shipping method and are shown at checkout. International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing, local postal handling, or regional conditions.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

  • All international shipments are declared in accordance with U.S. and international law

  • Customers are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees assessed by their country

  • We are unable to mark international shipments as “gifts”, as this voids carrier insurance

We recommend checking with your local customs authority for estimated fees prior to ordering.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been delivered to the address provided and accepted with Adult Signature, it is considered fulfilled.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and that someone is available to sign at delivery. We are not responsible for delays, refusals, or returns resulting from incorrect address information or unavailable recipients.
