Lifetime Warranty
All VaporGenie products are covered by a limited lifetime manufacturer’s warranty against product defects and unreasonable failures under normal use.
If your VaporGenie comes apart, cracks, or otherwise fails during normal use, we will replace the product, guaranteed. To submit a warranty claim, simply provide a clear photo of the issue using the form on our website or by email. Return of the damaged product is not required.
How Warranty Claims Are Handled
- Warranty claims are fulfilled through replacement of the affected product, not refunds.
- Replacement products are provided at no cost for covered defects.
- Shipping fees for replacement items may apply unless otherwise specified.
- This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Warranty Exclusions
- Soot-clogged ceramic filters, as soot buildup results from improper or incorrect use
- Glass VaporGenie products, which are not covered against breakage
- Damage caused by misuse, including burning, overheating, or improper handling
- Normal wear or cosmetic changes that do not affect product functionality
Relationship to Other Policies
Warranty claims are separate from refunds and returns and do not override our Refund Policy.
Orders that have been delivered and accepted with Adult Signature are considered fulfilled under our Shipping Policy.
This warranty does not cover delivery issues, lost shipments, or delays once an order has been successfully delivered.
