Description
The bowl, screen and filter top threads are all made of stainless steel.- Measures 4.5 inches from mouthpiece tip to the center of the bowl. The classic is shorter (lengthwise) than the handcarved VaporGenie vaporizer by about 1 inch.
- The black mouthpiece is optional and can easily be removed by simply pulling it out.
- Ceramic filter is removable/replaceable. Removal is only necessary if soot needs to be cleaned (which should never be necessary).
- Mouthpiece borehole is 1/4″ diameter. We recommend cleaning with 1/4″ stainless steel brush.
- Do NOT clean with solvents or soapy water. Solvents will damage the wood.

I’ve had my original VaporGenie Classic, since mid 2009. It’s held up amazingly well over that time, with no special care taken, and a fair amount of travel and general rough use. It’s been a champ, and has required at most, a few cleanings over that time I’ve had it, one every few years. Just finally ordered a maintenance kit for the older models, to replace the stem, remove the ceramic retaining ring, and give it all a good internal scrub. I expect to be using it for another decade or more, with any luck.

I’m the proud owner of a Classic Natural vaporizer since 2008 and I just love it. I wanted something more classy so I decided to buy this one and, dear god, I am not disappointed. Love on first sight.
For the new comers, I can tell you it’s quite easy to catch the trick (a few hits) and you won’t ever look back. You can control the temperature to dose your hits and the high is better (for me at least) by being less mental and more physical.
In short, it is awesome and cannot recommend this enough. This iteration is just perfect.

Shipping was very quick and discreet. The piece itself is very durable (made out of wood) and works well. Its nice to be able the pack your material in and then put the filter piece over it and not worry about spilling. There is a little bit of a learning curve but not too bad.
Note: I also bought the hempwick sold on this site and found it is harder to get big hits with the VG using the hempwick. I think its because the hempwick doesn’t burn as hot as a lighter flame. Just thought I would mention that.

I am just amazed at this product. There are so many things I need to point out, I’m going to have to number them:
1. The new mouth piece design is smart. It lets you draw the air in much quicker (Which I always did when I took the mouth piece off) but this does not allow for the over heating of the contents.
2. The hand carved model is fine. With a lower flame filter, one doesn’t burn the inside at all. It is easy to put the flame at the horizon where the yellow meets blue, at the edge of the bowl, and breath in brother!
3. This model, with having the metal bowl packed away, is much nicer. No burning yourself on the outside and it does not heat too fast.
I am enjoying the hell out of this finely made item. Good show! Easy smoke, wherever I want.
